LADIES’ CHRISTMAS FAIR

Tuesday 13th November 2018

Come along and support your club and this year’s chosen charity, The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance service (“HIOWAA”) at our annual Ladies’ Christmas Fair on Tuesday 13th November.

The fair will be starting at 2.30pm and will be opened by a representative of the HIOWAA charity. There will be lots of goodies on sale … cakes, biscuits, jams, pickles; all things Christmas (decorations, greetings cards, wrapping paper, etc); plants; children’s books and toys. There will be a tombola (donations gratefully accepted!) and guess the weight of the cake. All proceeds will be donated to HIOWAA.

If there are any ladies who would like to get creative and help with table decorations, Jan Clarke will be pleased for some help – she will be decorating on Monday 12th November at 9am; please put your name on the list in the ladies’ changing room if you are interested in helping.
We look forward to seeing you on 13th November!

Children's Christmas Party

Saturday 15th December 2018

This is always a fun event for the children!

Tickets are available now from Reception @ £10.00 per child - suitable for ages 3 - 9.

Arrive 2.00pm for Entertainment by Richard Welsh

Food will be Chipolata Sausages, Chips and Beans followed by Ice Cream

Finish approx 5.00pm

Please bring a small present (maximum spend £10) suitably wrapped and clearly marked with the child’s name - hand in to Reception on arrival for Father Christmas to put in his sack.

Closing date and payable in advance of Thursday 13th December 2018.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If food choices are not received by the closing date a default choice will be allocated at chef’s discretion. Chef will do his utmost to source all local products and, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, menu items may be changed - you will be informed as soon as any changes are needed to be made.
Refunds: Cancellations up to the 13th December during office hours (emails acceptable) received 9am to 5pm will be given a full refund. No refunds after this period except in exceptional circumstances.

NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at BOSGC is always a favourite event and this year is sure to be no exception! Here are all the details and we hope you will join us to see in the New Year!

Tickets will be released for sale on Monday 12th November in Reception to Members (and their husbands/wives/partners) only. Non-member guest tickets will be available the following week from Monday 19th November.

Please note that we cannot reserve tables unless payment is made in full at the time of booking.

Please order the vegetarian option, as well as any special dietary requirements, when paying for your tickets. Tickets cost £35.00 per person and maximum table size is 8; smaller table sizes are available. There will be a disco by DJ Steve Dew of Soundvibes to ensure you dance the night away and the dress code is ‘Dress To Party!’ which means you are free to choose between black tie, lounge suit, evening/partywear or smart casual.
