Why join Barton-On-Sea Golf Club?
Here are just some of the reasons why you should join our club.

- 3 loops of 9 holes give great variety and accessibility (3 starting points by the clubhouse). (How many clubs do you know where you can still play on Ladies day?)
- Superb drainage ensures we are virtually always open and also have very few trolley or buggy bans.
- Reciprocal arrangements with 8 other top clubs. (Free golf midweek at these courses most of which are venues for their counties championships)
- We never have temporary greens and only a few high quality artificial winter mats.
- Excellent practice facilities with a large driving range, short game area (with bunker) and 2 practice putting greens.
- A well stocked pro shop manned by 4 friendly knowledgeable professionals.
- A modern clubhouse with stunning views and top class in house Bar and Catering.

Membership Information
Full Members
The entrance fee and shares may be spread over 4 payments if required. £400 is payable on joining and 3 further payments of £400 at subsequent subscription renewals. (Members so choosing will not be allowed to vote at AGM until the full joining fee and shares have been paid).
Subscriptions may be paid by monthly direct debit installments using the clubs credit facility with fairway credit. (There is a 7% charge to fairway credit for this facility).

Country Members
All country members must have their permanent residence outside of a 50 mile radius from the Clubhouse and must not have any type of residence within this radius, including chalets, holiday houses/flats, mobile homes or permanent caravan sites. Country members may play a maximum of 20 rounds per year.

Intermediate Members
Members between the ages of 24-34 are allowed to spread their joining fee over the years between their current age and 35. Shares are payable on becoming full members at 35.

Please note
New Full and Country Members have to take up a Shareholding of £400, costing £405 to include handling charge. This also applies to those transferring from Intermediate Membership.
