Functions are arranged via the Secretary’s Office - with at least one month’s prior notice.

 

Collect (or download) a booking form from reception and check availability for your function. Once the form has been received by the office this will then be put before the Captains Committee for approval, which is held on the last Thursday of each month. On approval the office will confirm your booking in writing asking you to contact the office to discuss your requirements ie. menus, table plan, place cards, etc.

It is the organisers responsibility for his or her parties behaviour, dress code, etc for the evening.
