Members of Barton-on-sea Golf Club have access to play 9 other top quality golf courses for free mid week! Those courses are: Came Down, Royal Winchester, Freshwater Bay, Hindhead, Romsey, Sherborne, Bridport & West Dorset, West Byfleet and West Surrey.
Reciprocals are arranged via the Secretary’s Office - preferably with at least one week’s prior notice.
- Collect a booking form and indicate which Golf Club you wish to play. List the names of those attending (a maximum of 4), together with the time and date of visit.
- Once the form has been received by the office they will check that there are no other reciprocals already arranged for that day, and then book the date with the respective club.
- If this is agreed the letter of confirmation will be faxed through to the Club and the original put on the notice board by Reception for the members to take with them.
- If the reciprocal is not agreed the office will contact the member to let them know.
- All outgoing and incoming reciprocals are listed on file in Reception.
